Turbo Tax filled out the recovery rebate credit worksheet incorrectly

I got a love letter from the IRS saying my taxes were off. When I looked closely at my return the Recovery Rebate Credit Worksheet is really wonky. Question 2 (Does your 2021 return include a social security number that was issued on or before the due date of your 2021 return (including extensions) for you and, if filing a joint return, your spouse?) is checked Yes so it calculated a $700 credit. I went back in to amend and it did the same thing again. I don't see why that would be. I assume I did something wrong because this board is not full of angry posts about it but I would like to know what!
