Turbo Tax Flubbed by State Return- HELP!

(MI) I've been waiting for my return from State (I received Federal return in May) so I go to my states treasury website to see my status. It says they have no record of it being filed, yet I have the confirmation from Turbo Tax that State return has been e-filed on 4/9/2019. I tried calling the customer service line and the automated voice wants me to call IRS. But it seems like its and issue on Turbo Tax's end. Can anyone help with a solution to this problem? Steps I can take to get in contact with a real person at Turbo Tax so I can get my money?

Use this TurboTax website to verify that the state tax return was e-filed and accepted by the state - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

If accepted by the state then they should have your state tax refund status available if you are entering the information on the state website exactly what is shown on the state return that was filed - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

If the state website still does not show a status then contact TurboTax support and they can give you the electronic filing number that was accepted by the state.  Then you will have to contact the state and speak with an agent who can look up that number on their database.
