Question

Turbo tax forms won't scroll on iMac. The bar on the right side appears sometimes but not consistent and I can't figure out how to make it appear.

When a form appears that is larger than the screen, I cannot figure out how to scroll down and complete the form.

That is a Mac OS feature and has nothing to do with TurboTax.

System Preferences -> General -> Show scroll bars -> Always.

Or it should appear if you scroll down using the mouse.

That change does nothing to fix the problem.

This is a turbotax problem. I'm going to keep my IMAC and dispose of turbotax if this discouraging burdensome bug is not fixed forthwith. The monotony and several extra hours of tax return prep time is to customer unfriendly, it is perplexing that a company as large as Intuit hasn't fixed it.

I'm on the Internet everyday all day for work and only turbotax doesn't enable me to scroll down a page on my MAC.

I very much appreciate your attempt to help those of us with this problem, but i'm not buying that turbotax is not to blame. And to repeat, your suggested fix doesn't work.

And turbotax alleged customer service is not very responsive.
