No.

TurboTax Home & Business is only for personal returns (form 1040)

You can use TurboTax online for small businesses to prepare form 1065 by clicking here

Or you can use TurboTax Business CD/Download on a Windows computer (not compatible with Mac).

No, the TurboTax Home & Business edition does not support the Form 1065. It does support entry of a Schedule K-1 from a form 1065

To complete and file a Form 1065 using TurboTax you would need to purchase and install the Business Edition on a Windows based personal computer.
