Question

Turbo Tax is not allowing me to continue filing my state taxes. It keeps going through the same questions, but I can’t file. How do I fix this?

I filed my federal taxes awhile ago and already got my return. It tells me what I should receive for state, but won’t let me file them.

This happens from time to time.  Since you're using the online version of TurboTax, try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then try again.
