Turbo tax is telling me to send my state threw the mail and gave me a download but it says on every page "do not mail". Should i send it anyways?

all of my state papers say efile and do not mail yet im supposed to mail them.

No. do not send theses forms in. The forms you are not yet available. When they are they will show up in the Turbo Tax software.
