Question

Turbo tax keeps asking me to enter estimated local tax info for 2024 and I keep selecting to not make estimated payment. How do I proceed without doing this.

The estimated tax routine is in the Other Tax Situations in TurboTax. Look for Other Tax Forms, then Form W-4 and estimated Taxes. I suggest you work through that section and complete the entries there. That may remove the error message and the entries there won't affect your tax return.
