Turbo Tax Live
Is Turbo Tax live support only for the online version. I was just told that.
Is that true? how come i got support before today on the downloadable version?
TurboTax Live is for users of online software who pay an extra fee to have help from live CPA's and tax experts. TT Live is not available to desktop users. But you can call in to customer support or use this forum for help.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
