Turbo tax lost one of my returns 2 times. each time the return was almost complete. I have spent the last 3 hours trying to get someone to talk

getting through the computer sentry is absolutely impossible. I have no faith that after inputting the data for a 3rd time ...be lost again. Worst customer assistance EVER

Are you using the CD/download or are you using the online program? If you are using the CD/download are you saving your tax return before you close out of the program? If you are using online, are you logging in to the wrong account?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
