After 20 years of using this product... Downloaded Turbo Tax Home & Biz, after downloading and moving to apps folder as instructed, clicking icon starts but never loads the product. This is a MacBookPro (13" 2020 ) , M1 chip, 8G ram.
Ive redownloaded, rebooted , reloaded , and retried for days! I am now considering a competing product, and if that works , Im not coming back.
