Turbo Tax Not Responding

I had the problem with TT Not Responding, even after waiting 1 hour. I spoke with 3 different TT support people (all nice but unable to solve the problem).  Tried clearing cache & cookies, uninstalled, reinstalled, bought it a second time, I even bought a new computer -- still no help. I finally had an epiphany at 2am that my old data, ie depreciation forms some going back 15 years could be causing this.  As soon as I started deleting these unneeded/no longer relevant forms, TT began working perfectly.  Many of us are long time users of TT so there could be a lot of no longer relevant information that is still being accessed when TT is processing, and this could be jamming up the program.     2. Uninstall & Reinstall: Sometimes a fresh installation can fix problems for TurboTax Desktop.
