Turbo tax premier price is supposed to be 54 but it showing 69 when i check out

Actually the online site does show  online Premier at $69:

 

https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/compare/online/

 

And the fees increase on March 1---so you will want to pay using a credit or debit card to lock in the early discount.

 

If you were expecting some sort of affiliate discount then you have to start your return from the partner website.
