It depends, the IRS may have found information that differs or wasn't entered, or owed from a previous tax year. You should have received correspondence and check the information at top right of notice. Your notice should explain why you owe more, this is to notify you. You must determine if you agree with those changes and pay before the deadline. It'll show what they changed and why. The IRS amount supersedes TurboTax, so follow the IRS directions, if you have further questions please reach out again.
