Turbo Tax says I didn't file with Turbo Tax in 2015 while I did.

I purchased Turbo Tax from Costco last year, 2015. I filed it through Turbo Tax and it was sent through Turbo Tax yet it doesn't not show up on My Tax Timeline - 2013 is also missing. I have used Turbo Tax every year since 2009. We have a rental property that we began in 2015 and I want to be sure that the same information is carried over to 2016. How do I get Turbo Tax to find my 2015 taxes that they filed for me???

When you use the CD/Download version of Turbotax, the only copy of your return is on the computer where you prepared it, there is no copy online and therefore no copy of it in your Online tax timeline.
