Turbo Tax says I have an error, a duplicate, in block 12 of my W-2 how do I correct this?

What do I need to do to correct a duplicate W-2 error?

TurboTax Live Deluxe Online

To edit box 12 of your W-2, follow the instructions below"

Launch TurboTax
Select Wages and Income
Select W-2
Select Edit next to the W-2 you want to change On the Your W-2 info so far screen
Review your entries in box 12 so you can delete the duplicate entry.

If that doesn't work, you can delete the W-2 and re-enter it. Select the trash can icon to delete.
