turbo tax screen goes blank

I have filled in my Income section. Now I am doing the deduction section. I have some of it done. When I go back in to upgrade a line, like my property taxes, the screen goes blank and nothing comes up. Same thing happening on my car registration taxes. It did allow me to plug in donations. Why is screen blank when I try to update my property taxes?

If you are using the online version, try to log out and sign back in the program. If it does not work, clear your cache before sign back into the program.
