Question

Turbo tax screen just keeps loading and can't continue with filing my taxes. I've tried refreshing it, etc.

These type of experiences are very often caused by browser and/or "cookie" issues.  I would recommend closing Turbo Tax, restarting your computer and clearing cookies on your browser, or even trying a completely different browser if you continue to have the same experience.
