Turbo tax sent me the 2024 CD and I lost it do I have any recourse

    You went to the trouble of ordering the $10 CD and now lost it?   You can try asking support if they will replace it, but they might just tell you to buy another one -- it is not TT's fault that you lost it.

    Another option is to download an installation file instead.  If you want to back it up by copying it to your own CD or thumb drive, external drive, etc., you can just copy the file to that location.

     

    If you want that and don't still have the download/installation instructions with your purchase, we can provide the instructions in this thread.
