Turbo Tax "tax expert" made a mistake on my Federal Return
"Galina", a "30-year tax expert", made a mistake on my Federal Tax return, listing that we had paid estimated taxes, when we did not, nor had we supplied any proof of payment to that effect. Got an audit letter from the IRS, and had to pay (this was an almost $6000 error on the part of Turbo Tax.
I paid for the "Deluxe" level of support - VERY FRUSTRATING... I mean, what am I paying for? I could make my own mistakes on my own taxes - Seriously - extremely disappointed in TurboTax, can't possibly recommend this method of filing taxes.
