Solved

Turbo Tax will not proceed without filling Box 5, 6, 7, yet they are blank on 1099-NEC Form that I received except Box 5 that has 0. Leaving them all blank doesn't help

I tried different browsers, signing out and back in, clearing cache, nothing seems to work. Please help

    Go back to your entries and delete the state name in Box 6.

    Did you try to delete the entry and re-enter without the zero in Box 5 (as opposed to clearing it out later)?  If that doe not work, please post here again.

    There's now an exclamation on all three boxes😭

    Go back to your entries and delete the state name in Box 6.
