Turbo Tax wont let me go back and correct my filing status. How do I do that?

I file married by filing separately, and Turbo Tax wont let me change form filing jointly

    No. I am working on the return now and cannot find anyway to change my filing status. It seems to have locked in married filing jointly, when I also use married filing separtely.

    Your post is confusing.  Are you trying to file a joint return with your spouse or are you trying to file married filing separately?

    Have you already e-filed (or mailed in ) your 2023 return and need to amend it or are you still working on your original 2023  return?

    Your filing status is determined by your responses to the questions in the "Personal Info" section.
