Then start anywhere, and navigate to the section you need to work on.

Unless you already Filed your tax return previously ?......then it's locked until the IRS starts processing tax files on 12 Feb (or sometime that week or the week after). The if they reject what you filed, you'll b able to correct things and re-e-file...but if they accept it, you'll have to start the special Amend process several weeks later.
