Turbotax 1099-R Won't Allow "No Entry" or accept type "other" - Not following its own advice

I need to enter a 1099-R for an inherited annuity.  The 1099-R has two values in box 7, which I enter as 4 & D.  The remaining entries seem to go correctly but during review the 1099-R is flagged as a problem.  In the screen snip below you can see turbotax saying "Type of account should not be selected for this distribution'.  I select the 'No Entry' button but that does not clear the 'Type of account' radio buttons.  That would seem to be  a software problem as you would think "No entry" would clear the IRA, 403 and Other settings but it doesn't.

The lead through questions on the 1099-R may be getting this tangled up as the inherited annuity may not be a 'Qualified' plan but the only choices in the earlier lead through are to say it is a 403b or 'other qualified plan".
