I purchased turbotax premier download from Sam's club. I received an email from Sam's club containing the download button & the turbotax key for this item.  It is not allowing me to download.  Please help

    Clear the cache from your web browser and try to download again.  If that does not work then go to this TurboTax website to download the edition you purchased - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

    Do you meet the 2024 Turbo Tax Desktop Download System Requirements
    Windows 10 or later or Mac OS Ventura 13 or later (newer).
