I'm trying to open my TurboTax programs from 2019 and 2020. When I attempt to open them, the screen says that I have to Activate them and to enter my license code. Not sure why it's asking this, since I used the programs to complete my taxes for the respective years......nonetheless I reenter the code from the original program CD's, but it gives me an error code.
What gives?
