Question

TurboTax 2019 no longer opens,. It asks for a 14 digit license code. The code that came with turbotax 2019 is 12 characters and will not work. what to do?

I tried all suggestions listed.  virus off reset modem and full list of "what to do". What next, need to get last years return.  Thank you

    The license code for 2019 desktop TT was a 14 digit code.  The code for 2020 Tt is a 16 digit code.
