How can I get in contact with technical support for desktop version. App not working properly

If your computer is a Windows system....it is possible tha an OS update has been partially installed and waitng for you to complete the installation.  Partially-installed windows update have been known to mess up soem TTX operations.

 

Save your file....and shut down TTX,.

Check for and install any waiting Windows updates (I know at least two W10 updates were issued very recently...I just had to update mine).

Reboot your computer (even if you didn't install any OS updates)

Wait 15 min for everything to get started-up....then restart TTX and try again.
