turbotax 2024

I did my taxes and uninstalled my 2024 turbotax deluxe product. 

 

Now a friend asked me to help with his taxes. I bought him a turbotax deluxe program at Sam's and tried to download it on MY computer. It won't let me do it.  WHY NOT?????
