TurboTax 2024 data import error from previous year's TurboTax data

There is a serious bug when importing previous year's TurboTax data -- the K1 QBI 199A data gets put in the wrong year and all the data gets screwed up!

TurboTax must fix this as a Priority Bug Fix. I can provide screenshots of the improper data import to illustrate the problem.

Have you tried opening your .tax2023 file in the 2023 program to see if it looks correct? If you saved your tax file to a cloud type storage last year, then downloaded it to use this year, it may have become corrupted.

You can also try using a 2023 backup file (you probably have a couple of them). Move the file to your desktop, then transfer it into 2024. You can 'start a new return' in 2024 to try this.
