TurboTax 2024 Desktop (Win10) Won't Start, Reinstalled - Doesn't show state forms previously purchased, trying to print forms

TurboTax 2024 failed on update today with "no solution". I have already e-filed federal and state forms. I wanted tor review entries and print a new copy.

I uninstalled, downloaded latest file and reinstalled. My state form is missing (Error: 190).

When I try to Download state forms TurboTax wants $45 to download forms.

How do I recover original completed files that were e-filed (Fed and State)?

Didn't find State Form which was previously filed - wanted to modify. TurboTax is requesting payment to download state forms which I already paid previously. A bit of scam for those wanting to modify a previous tax form.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
