turbotax 2024 Error Code 1152: Error extracting to the temporary location
I have windows 10 V22H2. I was getting the extraction error when downloading from the Turbotax website.
After trying everything with the temp file and turning off all virus and firewall software, I finally found the solution.
I use Bitdefender firewall software. Opening up the Bitdefender application, I selected the right arrow > next to the activate kill switch option. from there I selected advanced. Then I opened up the split tunneling option.
I added Intuit's download web page link to the list. Problem solved.
