TurboTax 2024 Home and Business
I purchased the Turbo tax 2024 Home and Business on amazon they gave me a website to download turbo tax. I make sure I put the .exe file on my C: drive. I download the software and every time I try to launch the software to enter the activation code I get this error message. I have been using Turbo tax since 2019 this is the first time I encounter this problem. I think this is a software issue and I try calling customer service but no answer. If this problem persist I would like a refund and I will be using another software
