TurboTax 2nd License bought activated on PC issues

bought 2nd License because i have 6 total taxes (family) i do.

 

SO i bought a second License and activated on my desktop.  Switched to that product code.

When I try to efile the last tax file, still pops up with, you have maxed out on you efiling.

WHAT IS THE PROBELM!!!!!

    The problem is that five federal e-files is an IRS limit, and buying another license does not get you more e-files.   Seek a refund for the second download you wasted money on, and print and mail the sixth return.
