Turbotax Business 2024 crashes on startup on Windows 11

when I try to start up Turbo Tax I get the message:

TurboTax - Error

Looks like we've run into an error.

We're sorry but we need to close TurboTax....

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but no success. I have left a return email on this send form but got no response. I have had to file an extension. Very frustrating.

I have tried everything in the article. I have turned off antivirus software, run as administrator, gone to the defragment section and optimized hard drive. I have sent repeated emails. I have spent over an hour on the phone with one of your representatives. He was unable to help me and told me it is a known issue. when I go to update drivers, windows 11 informs me it is up to date. I have not been able to file my taxes!!!

This program turbo tax business 2024 was working well last January when I initially installed it. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but no success.

The only thing i can figure out, is that turbo tax stopped working in early February. According to my update history, I received a windows 11 update 24H2. It says successfully installed on 02/04/2025. Turbo tax stopped working after that. I will try to uninstall that update and see if that fixes it. If it does not, I may be forced to pursue other options, and perhaps seek a refund on this software
