In turbotax business desktop, how can I rearrange form 4562 into alphabetical order?

Unfortunately, the order of assets on Form 4562 is defined by TurboTax and is not under the user's control. You can influence the order somewhat by the way you name the assets. But the grouping and final presentation is fixed.

Hello @PatriciaV , thank you for this response. I was on the phone for over 2 hours with Turbo Tax Desktop technical support. They admitted that this is a flaw in the programming, however they will NOT fix it.

Please clarify what you need to rearrange. Several Forms 4562 or the order of line items within Form 4562?

Forms are listed the order of the business/activity at the top. Line items are listed in the order of the property description. You may change the sort order by renaming your properties. There is no manual sort option for forms in TurboTax.
