TurboTax can't find last years return for my AGI

I filed taxes with TurboTax last year....actually ever since I started filing taxes - but since then my computer crashed and I did not get to save a backup copy of my return.  When I access the "Help Assistant" it says that there is another account found under my email address that may have my return.  I do not recall creating a second account - but apparently you can have 5 accounts under 1 email address....WHY?  I have tried SOOO many ways to access other accounts under my email but to no avail - either it doesn't exist or there is no way for me to access it.  Getting hold of an actual tech support person to help me out is worthless.  How do I access other accounts under my email address? Every recovery step I try just returns me to the account I previously logged in to with no saved returns.

Did you use the Online version last year or the Desktop CD/Download program?   If you used the Desktop program the only copy was saved and stored on that computer.

    FOR ONLINE

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

You can also request a transcript from the IRS

Thank you for you help.  I used the software last year and not online.  I was hoping that it would still link up but apparently it does not.  Good news though, I was able to retrieve last years AGI from the IRS online so all is not lost.
