I dont have my tax return card from 2018. Ci do now have a green dot card and account that I just activated. Can customer service transfer green dot balance to new green dot card ? Or will they give me my old cards number, exp date and CVV over the phone for me? Mb I really need this to obey now and not in 7 days which is how long it would be if I ordered a new one.
