Turbotax delux do not support my macOS anymore

Hi Turbotax team,

I bought my TurboTax Deluxe desktop version, unfortunately it turned out the software do not run on macOS Catalina anymore. Is TurboTax able to transfer my desktop license into online version?

My mac is still functioning great for most of the app I used, I don't need a new computer yet. I don't have other PC/Mac which I can use. Any option to force start the TurboTax software?

The license code cannot be used for online TurboTax. The fees are structured differently. You can seek a refund for the CD/download that you are unable to use, and then you can use---and pay for--online TurboTax.
