TurboTax Deluxe 2023 (Desktop) crashed after paying State e-File fee. A $10 credit had been applied so I paid the $10 balance. Order # TTDCRTA213903847 payment was confirmed by email. The e-File step was not completed before the crash. On reopening my return to file, the e-File payment had not registered and I'm asked to pay the full $20 State e-File fee before I can file. How can I file without paying $20 more?
