TurboTax Deluxe became corrupt after both fed and state returns were finished.

I was interrupted before saving my return. We had some internet problems and updates to do and my PC was used with out return being saved and PC turned off.  I tried for hour today to recover my TurboTax return but I could not find nor open it when I did found what I thought was it.  A message appeared that I could not open turbotax because it was corrupted, so I deleted the the app.  I was resigned to starting all over.  My QUESTION is, can I reload my CD without paying any additional fees. I bought it at Costco in Chandler, AZ.  I have the license code.  The first two parts here:  [License code removed]  If this can be done please send instructions on how to reload my CD.  Please answer.
