turbotax.exe is this a full version of turbotax?

Vendors on Ebay are selling Turbotax Home & Business via download link. The downloaded file is turbotax.exe.

 

Question 1: Is this a legitimate file?

Question 2: The downloaded turbotax, will this transfer info from previous year's return or is this just the "free version"? Thanks.
