Turbotax fees after the fact

So I filed my taxes and set it up for direct deposit but instead I recieved a check in the mail. The problem is that I had my fees setup to take out of the direct deposit so now I'm at a loss for what to do any advice would be great before I make an attempt to sit on hold for who knows how long.

@Fatal Who was the check from? The IRS or the sbtpg bank that is suppose to take the fees out? Is it for your full federal refund or maybe the fees were taken out of it?

It was the full amount and directly from the government. I had my bank verify it before depositing. I've recently learned over a certain amount the IRS will not direct deposit and instead mail a physical check. Due to a crazy amount of over time last year I went beyond that threshold.
