Question

Turbotax installed correctly. I migrated the 2023 data across and it posted. Now, whenever I open Turbotax it crashes before going beyond Turbotax icon screen.

I have installed/reinstalled several times including manual update. No change. It crashes and goes to reporting screen for tech support who never respond.

The problem seemed to 'cure itself' on 12/17. When I tested opening Turbotax, it installed a patch from 12/11 and it now runs. I believe I was already running th 64 bit version too. Thanks for posting
