Turbotax is automatically applying my state refund to next year

I have tried to find a way to get my refund sent to me, but Turbotax is not even asking if I want it refunded or applied to next year. It is automatically applying it to next year. I don't see a way to change that. What can I do?

See if this works. Go to State Taxes tab and keep continuing and stepping though the interview about a dozen or more screens and it will finally ask how much you want to apply. It is probably one of the last questions in the state section.
