Yes, there's a simple workaround for people who are having trouble paying their tax due through the TurboTax platform.
- Open TurboTax, select Finish & Pay.
- Select Pay by check when asked how you want to pay your taxes.
- Follow the instructions to file your return.
- Go to the IRS Pay Your Taxes by Debit or Credit Card site, choose a payment processor, and pay your tax bill there.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
