Turbotax is offering "File by 3/15 to get state for $0." However, when I go to check-out it shows $39.99 for both Indiana and DC. Can I please get the special offer

In order to get the state for free, this applies to our TurboTax Free edition. It is showing you as filing with the TurboTax Self-Employed, which does not qualify for the free state.
