TurboTax is printing multiple copies of 199a form
I have two properties that I have grouped together as a Real Estate Enterprise. When I print my return TurboTax creates 2 copies of Property 1 and 2 copies of Property 2. It then prints 1 Rental Real Estate Enterprise Statement showing the two properties listed in the Enterprise. Could this be because I have taken the 2 Safe Harbor Elections? The De Minimus Safe Harbor and the Safe Harbor for Small Taxpayers? It seems like it is printing too many copies.
Second question, am I allowed to take both of those safe harbor elections during the same year?
