We do meet safe harbor requirements & when I fill out a paper Form 2210 manually this is revealed, but TurboTax's copy of Form 2210 leaves line 8 blank, missing the safe harbor calculation. We did not file with TurboTax last year. How can I enter the info for line 8 in TurboTax?
go to Other Tax Situations / Underpayment Penalty and complete the interview questions there, you will be asked for 2023 income information to complete Form 2210
