Have you updated your software to the latest release?

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen. Click on Check for Updates.

If the software updates then after the update is installed go back through the Home Energy Credits section until it completes. Enter the cost for the Heat Pump on the screen Enter your qualified energy property costs. Maximum credit is $2,000.

Click on Forms. When in Forms mode, the Form 5695 will be on left side of the screen. Click to open. The credit for the heat pump will be on Line 30.
