TurboTax Online refund is different than TurboTax Software

I prepared our taxes using TurboTax.com and also a download of TurboTax deluxe and my state refund is different. I've double checked that all of my information is entered the same on both. Why are the amounts different?

    We would be unable to say why they are different, as the only reason they would be different is a selection was checked or marked differently.
